Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI Deploy Network (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Builders are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, deployments and case studies they publish. Employers are responsible for inquiries they send and engagements they enter into. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Verification badges reflect checks performed by our team at a point in time. We do not guarantee the ongoing accuracy of any verified content and may revoke verification if information changes or is found to be inaccurate.

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or work; post unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harassing content; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform; or use the Platform to send spam.

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing and payment terms are presented at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the integrity of the Platform. You may close your account at any time from settings or by contacting us.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform or any content, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Deploy Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
