20 year old business franchise moving from territory growth to territory resales, competitive market and political changes affecting demand. Aging system in need of upgrade. Turned them around to an AI native, integrating a multitude of AI and automation.

Allowed founder to step out of the day to day and have the system automation and AI take over much of the sales process. Empowered Head office to use the data they have always had but not able to process due to volume. Turned them around to an AI native, integrating a multitude of AI and automation. Rolled out the entire system to all 60 franchisees.

Gave access to Board and Senior leadership to their data through ai allowing for better decisions, backed by data. Rolled out practical AI competency across the organisation including franchisees.
