An internal AI operations and BI platform with role-based dashboards and automated KPI tracking that aggregates Meta, Google, and SEMrush data, replacing three separate tools and manual coordination at my agency.
The agency ran operations across three disconnected tools, with manual coordination and manual KPI tracking. Reporting and oversight were slow, fragmented, and error-prone, which limited how many clients the team could handle without adding headcount.
I designed and built Boost Engine, an internal platform with role-based dashboards and automated KPI tracking that pulls Meta, Google, and SEMrush data into one place. It automated reporting and surfaced competitor and upsell insights, replacing the three separate tools and the manual coordination between them. Built on Next.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), the Claude API, and an ETL integration, deployed on Vercel.
Cut operations workload by roughly 60%, consolidated three tools into one, and gave the team faster, more reliable oversight, which freed capacity to handle more clients without adding headcount.
Reduced manual operations workload by approximately 60% and consolidated three separate tools into a single platform, increasing team oversight and capacity without adding headcount.
