Business Challenge
The client required a way to process high volumes of unstructured trade and logistics documents to submit regulatory forms to the CEISA system. The manual process of reviewing documents, extracting key freight data, and manually typing them into government customs portals was highly labor-intensive, slow, and prone to costly human typographical errors. The business challenge was to build an end-to-end automated bridge that reads, understands, and inputs this compliance data with high accuracy and speed.
