The operating system of a real estate rental agency on Koh Phangan: matching and recommendation engines, a custom CRM, a manager dashboard and BI, and an AI sales agent in Telegram and Facebook. Built solo.
Business Challenge
The agency's managers searched a Google Sheet by hand for every client request, and enquiries arrived around the clock in several languages across messengers.
Solution Delivered
Role: Co-Founder owning the technical side, October 2025 to May 2026. - Built for the agency: a public storefront plus the internal tools its managers work in. - Matching engine and recommendation engine over the agency's inventory. - Custom CRM on the back end, manager dashboard, business analytics and BI dashboards, process automation. - AI sales agent Anna: sells in Telegram and Facebook, takes a client from the first message to a viewing or a payment, then hands over to a manager. - 24/7 concierge bot that answers each person in their own language; public search interface in English, Russian, German and Hebrew.
Outcomes Achieved
Managers find a matching property in seconds instead of scanning a spreadsheet for each request; clients reach a manager already at the viewing or payment stage.
