Some companies like to congratulate their staff who have birthday, so they ask the HR department to make the birthday card everyday and send it out to all departments. Which takes around 30-60 minutes depending on the amount of people who have birthdays.

Automatic system that generates the birthday cards with all the names and departments is being sent out to all the departments.
